New User Interface

New App Flow

The redesigned iPad application is now structured into four main sections: Exercises, Playlists, Workouts, and Settings.

A tab bar has been introduced to facilitate easy navigation between sections. Users can quickly access the Training Screen through a shortcut represented by a play icon.
